Stamping
The stamping of semi-finished products takes place at our Colico (LC) production unit, which are subsequently assembled at our historic headquarters in Mandello del Lario. The process includes:
- Deep drawing and blanking of sheet metal in the press department.
- The use of machinery up to 250 tons to ensure high productivity and consistent quality.
Tube Processing
All materials undergo rigorous quality and technical compliance testing. The department is equipped with advanced technologies, including:
- Laser cutting for extreme precision.
- CNC (Computer Numerical Control) bending machines, ensuring repeatability and high production performance.
Assembly
The assembly process utilizes latest-generation welding technologies, including:
- MIG, MAG, TIG, and resistance welding.
- Specialized welding machinery developed in-house.
- Robotic cells for high-precision 3D welding
Final Inspection
Our products are inspected individually by our operators, who examine each piece through the eyes of the customer—and, above all, through the eyes of a motorcyclist. This ensures that every Lafranconi product meets the high standards expected by the end consumer.
